Still no word from the host regarding what has happened to the server. Last Wednesday the server was due to be transfered into a new case with a shiney new PSU. The server came back online so we presumed all was well in IG2-land.I did not hear from the hosts to confirm that this work was undertaken. No invoice has been issued to myself/IG for the work undertaken. The server died again on Saturday evening (around 11pm). I sent numerous reboot requests and support requests to the hosts. I have heard nothing since.
As we hear more, we'll keep you posted!
